Mrs. Shelly Hendrickson, age 49, of Mayfield, KY died at 12:10 PM Thursday, February 28, 2019 at her residence.
She was a Pharmacy Tech at Stone's Drugstore.
Mrs. Hendrickson is survived by her mother- Charlotte Tucker Johnson Rodgers of Mayfield, Ky; and her fiance'- Ray Wilson.
She was preceded in death by her father- Tony Johnson.
Funeral Services will be a private family service with entombment to follow in the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleums.
