Patricia Cook

Patricia Buckley Cook, 88, of Downers Grove, IL, passed away at 6:00 am on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, IL.

Mrs. Cook was a homemaker; a devoted wife to her husband and loving mother to her children.

She is survived by her loving husband, Richard M. Cook; daughter, Terrie Lynn Cook of Downers Grove, IL; two sons, Jeffrey M. Cook and wife Darla Ann of Paducah, John K. Cook of West Paducah; sister, Barbara Jorgensen of Scottsdale, AZ; granddaughter, Kisha Cook of Paducah; and great-granddaughter, Kaiden Rodgers.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Gordon Buckley and Beatrice Garrett Buckley.

A graveside service for Mrs. Cook will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation for Mrs. Cook will be from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
