Paducah, KY
Matt Bell, 84, of Paducah died on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield.
Mr. Bell was a carpenter, member of St. John’s Catholic Church, and a U.S. Marine Veteran.
Surviving is his daughter, Cindy Zirkle of Paducah; one son, Alan Rutherford of Paducah; one sister, Carol Patterson of Clinton, TN; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Bell. His parents were Matt and Ethel Bell; two sisters; and one brother.
Funeral mass will be at 12:00 pm on Friday, December 6, 2019 at St. John’s Catholic Church with the Fr. Bruce Fogle officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Friends may visit the family from 10:00 am to service hour on Friday at the church.
Lindsey Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
