Joy Hurt Paris, 83, of Paducah died at 3:25 a.m. Wednesday at Lourdes hospital.
Mrs. Paris was a member of Gospel Mission Worship Center.
Surviving are one daughter, Robbie Spees of Paducah; one son, Shelly Paris of Paducah; and one grandson, Corey Alan Spees.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Paris; one son, Randy Lynn Paris; and two brothers. Her parents were Reuel and Mapha Cornwell Hurt.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Revs. Terry Henderson and Greg Henderson officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Jewish Hospital, St. Mary's Foundation in Honor of Corey Alan Spees, 200 Abraham Flexner Way, Louisville, KY 40202.
