Charles Ray Young, Jr.

Charles “Chuck” Ray Young, Jr., age 62, of Paducah passed away Sunday, April 21, 2018, 12:24 p.m.at his residence.

He retired from construction work. He was a graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School and was a member of Ninth Street Tabernacle Ministries.

He was preceded in death by his parents Charles Ray Young, Sr. and Alberteen Jennings Young.

Survivors include his fiancee’ Kay Sweatt of Paducah; Three daughters, Chelsea (Todd) Ramos, Brittany (Aaron) Cotter, and Briana Sweatt; Four Grandchildren; Alina, Aspen, Laney, Boone, And One on the Way; Two Sisters, Cynthia Young and Shari (Monin) Monin; One brother, Jess (Beverly) Young and several nieces and nephews and cousins.

Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, April 25, 2019, 11:00 a.m. at Ninth Street Tabernacle Ministries with Reverend Thaddyeus Thompson officiating and burial to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

Friends may call at the church on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
