Services for Carolyn Burgess, 63, of Paducah will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Dr. Kenneth Brown officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Burgess died at 10:53 a.m. Tuesday at Western Baptist Hospital.
A native of Dyersburg, Tenn., she was a homemaker and a member of the Eagles Club. Mrs. Burgess was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are two daughters, Ellen Goshinsky of Lake Bluff, Ill., and Carrie Cunningham of Paducah; five sons, Robert Goshinsky, David Goshinsky, Thomas Burgess, Roy Burgess and Christopher Burgess, all of Paducah; one sister, Glenda Perez of Milwaukee; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Kurt E. Goshinsky; her second husband, Roy T. Burgess; and two sisters. Her parents were Clyde and Katherine Kenney Cronch.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
