Brian Penney

Brian Penney, 45, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2019.

Brian was a graduate of Marshall County High School. He was previously employed by UPS in Lexington, Kentucky. Brian was an avid UK Basketball fan. He had a true love for music, especially Jerry Garcia. He loved nature and animals. He was of the Christian faith.

Surviving are his parents, Sherry Elliott Ross (Mickey) and Monte Penney (Vicki); his uncles, Wayne Rawls, Kent Elliott, Jeffrey Elliott; his aunt, Cindy O’Daniel; several cousins, Laura Ross, Joseph Elliott, Betsy Edwards, Clay Elliott, Taryn Elliott, Campbell Elliott, Katrina Watson, Chris Rawls, Christina Perry; and long time friend, Jenny Florence Walker.

Brian was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Betty Rose Elliott and Lee Earl Elliott; his uncle, Steven Lee Elliott; and paternal grandmother, Lois Villeneau.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
