Anna Davidson

Mrs. Anna Gean Davidson, age 82, of Marion, IL, formerly of Mayfield, passed away on Monday, February 10, 2020 at River to River Memory Care in Marion, IL.

She was a member of First Baptist Church in Marion, IL and a homemaker.

Mrs. Davidson is survived by her daughter, Diane Davidson (Scott) Karnes of Marion, IL; one brother, Donald Howard (Paula) Shaw of Murray, KY; three sisters, Patricia (Hannah Platt) Shaw of Lexington, KY, Ann Powers of Mayfield, KY and Marilyn Rivers of Tampa, FL; and two grandchildren, Christopher Ryan Lowe and Taylor Anne Karnes.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles L. Davidson; two brothers, Chris Hunt and Henry Hunt; two sisters, Phylis Hicks and Helen Hunt; her parents, Carlton Eugene Edwards and Charlene Edwards Shaw; and her step-parents, Howard and Bebe Shaw.

Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Gean Davidson will be 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.  Rev. Ronnie Stinson, Jr. will officiate.  Interment will follow at Mayfield Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
